No. Modesto sits inside our no travel fee area, so no travel charge is added to your event.
Yes. Modesto is our main Stanislaus base, and we regularly serve Salida, Riverbank, Oakdale, Ceres, and Turlock from the same trip. If you are just outside Modesto, ask and we will tell you exactly where you stand.
A cold brew or iced service, and shade for the cart. Valley afternoons from June through September are genuinely hot, and guests reach for cold drinks. We will talk through the mix with you rather than defaulting to hot espresso for a 100 degree day.
Yes. Every booking includes a trained barista working the cart, so hiring a mobile barista and booking the coffee cart are the same thing with us. We do not hire out a barista without the equipment, because the espresso quality depends on both.
Weekend dates in spring and fall book the furthest out, and December fills quickly with holiday parties. If you have a date in mind, checking early costs you nothing and holds your place in the conversation.
Yes, and we do it often. Shade makes a real difference for the equipment and for your guests, so we will talk through placement with you. A cold brew or iced service is usually the stronger choice for a hot afternoon.
The cart cannot go up or down stairs, so we need a step free route from where we park to where we set up. This is worth raising as early as possible. In most cases there is an alternative entrance, and in some cases an additional fee may apply for a more involved workaround.
That depends on your guest count and how long you want the bar open, which is exactly what we work out together when you inquire. Tell us the headcount and the window you have in mind and we will size the service to match.
