No. Stockton sits inside our no travel fee area, roughly twenty minutes from our Manteca base, so no travel charge is added to your event.
Yes, regularly. Both usually mean a fixed load in window and a specific door to use. Tell us what the access rules are when you inquire and we will build our arrival time around them.
Yes. Every booking includes a trained barista working the cart, so hiring a mobile barista and booking the coffee cart are the same thing with us. We do not hire out a barista without the equipment, because the espresso quality depends on both.
Weekend dates in spring and fall book the furthest out, and December fills quickly with holiday parties. If you have a date in mind, checking early costs you nothing and holds your place in the conversation.
Yes, and we do it often. Shade makes a real difference for the equipment and for your guests, so we will talk through placement with you. A cold brew or iced service is usually the stronger choice for a hot afternoon.
The cart cannot go up or down stairs, so we need a step free route from where we park to where we set up. This is worth raising as early as possible. In most cases there is an alternative entrance, and in some cases an additional fee may apply for a more involved workaround.
