These terms govern your use of theeight23.com and our group-order ordering tools (together, the "Service"), operated by Eight23 Craft & Brew ("Eight23," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms below. If you're booking an event with us, those bookings are also governed by our separate Booking Terms & Conditions.
Eight23 operates a mobile espresso bar and offers a group-ordering tool that lets employees at a workplace place individual coffee orders against a shared delivery date. A date is only fulfilled once enough orders have come in and been paid for by its cutoff.
When you place a group order through our site and provide a phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Eight23 related to that order. Specifically:
Group-order payments are processed through Stripe (card) or sent directly by you via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. Eight23 does not store your full card details. Orders are not confirmed for delivery until payment is received.
Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through the Service and how we use it.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
