Yes, and we do it constantly. We need a flat step free route in, a gate or path wide enough for the cart, and a standard outdoor outlet within reach. A driveway or patio is easier than grass, because the cart rolls on castors.
Two hours suits most private parties. If your guest list is large or you want the bar open across the whole afternoon, we will tell you honestly what is realistic rather than selling you a window that leaves people queuing.
Less far than a wedding, but graduation season in May and June and the December holidays both get busy. If you have a date, ask early. It costs nothing to check.

If the cart will be in open sun, some shade makes a real difference to both the equipment and your guests, and an iced or cold brew menu usually serves better than hot espresso. For rain, we need a covered spot, which is worth thinking about for a winter date.
