Timing
The same cart does completely different work depending on when you book it. These are the four moments couples choose.
The morning stretch is long, and catering usually has not started. A cart in the suite means the wedding party, the photographer, and both families are looked after before anyone has said a word to a guest.
Good for a daytime wedding, or when a meaningful share of your guest list does not drink. It gives everyone something to hold and somewhere to stand while you are away shooting photos.
The most requested slot, and the one we would push you toward. Guests are full, seated, and slowing down. An espresso bar is a genuine second wind, and it moves people out of their chairs and back onto their feet.
Pairs beautifully with a late night snack. Grandparents get a decaf, the dance floor gets a shot of something, and the drive home is a lot safer than it would have been.
Make It Yours
The morning is longer than anyone plans for. We are there before the photographer needs anyone smiling.
You are off taking photos. Your guests need something to hold and somewhere to stand.
The slot we would fight you for. Full room, low energy, and a bar that gets everyone back on their feet.
Grandma gets a decaf. The dance floor gets a double. Everyone gets home safely.
One signature drink, named however you like. It is always the first thing guests order.

Most weddings book a two hour window, which comfortably covers the after dinner stretch for a typical guest list. Larger weddings, or couples who want the bar open across two separate moments, usually go longer. Tell us your headcount and we will tell you honestly what will work.
After dinner and before the dancing is the most requested slot, and the one we recommend. Guests are seated and slowing down, and the bar gets them up and moving again. Getting ready, cocktail hour, and a late night send off all work well too.
Yes, and we would rather deal with them than have you managing us on your wedding day. Give us their details and we will handle load in timing, placement, and access directly with them.
Yes, and we do it often. We need shade in the summer, a hard flat surface rather than grass or gravel, and a real outlet within reach. Central Valley afternoons from June through September are genuinely hot, so an iced or cold brew menu usually serves guests better than hot espresso.
We can, but we usually advise against it. Guests are seated and eating, so the bar goes quiet and you pay for a service window nobody uses. Immediately after dinner is where the same money does far more work.
Then a coffee bar does a great deal of quiet work. It gives everyone who is not at the bar somewhere to go, something to hold, and a reason to stand and talk. Several couples have told us it was the thing their non-drinking guests appreciated most.
Wedding dates book furthest ahead of anything we do, particularly spring and fall Saturdays. If you have a date, check it early. It costs nothing and it holds your place while you work through everything else.
