The Occasions
Most of these are a two to three hour window on a weekday morning. None of them need anyone to organise anything beyond telling us where to park.

One good morning inside a week of them. We can do a single day or come back across several, and vary the menu so it does not repeat.

How It Runs
The thing that kills office coffee events is a queue that eats an hour of everyone's day. The fix is throughput and staggering, and we plan both before we arrive.
About 45 minutes to load in, so the first drink is poured the minute service opens. Pack down takes 30 and happens after your window closes.
Past 75 people we add a second barista automatically, which roughly doubles that. It is a service quality decision first, not an upsell.
For anything over 100 people we will suggest windows by department or floor. Ten minutes each instead of forty for the unlucky.
About 8 feet by 6 feet and a standard 20 amp outlet within 50 feet. We bring our own water. Outside with no power, we bring a quiet generator.

There is no equipment fee, no travel fee inside 50 miles of Manteca, and no surprise line on the invoice.
Want your logo on the cup? That is an add-on, and it needs about three weeks. Same for cart signage.

One barista serves roughly 55 drinks an hour. Past 75 guests we add a second barista automatically, which roughly doubles throughput. For a 120 person office we would normally suggest two baristas across two to three hours, staggered by department, so nobody loses half a morning queuing.
We invoice. You get an itemised quote up front, and we can work to a PO number if your finance team needs one. A card is fine too if that is simpler for a smaller spend.
Yes, and we can provide a certificate of insurance naming your building or property manager as additional insured. Give us a week or so of notice so the certificate is issued in time.
Those are some of our favourite bookings. Schools and hospitals usually want an early window and a rolling service so staff can come as their break allows, rather than everyone at once. We will build the timing around your shift changes or prep periods.
Give us your best estimate and we will quote from it. We would rather you book a realistic number and we bring a buffer than pay for 150 when 90 show up. Tell us a week out if it has moved a lot.
Yes. Most of what we do is exactly that. We need a path in that fits a cart, and to know about stairs, lifts, or a long carry in advance so we schedule enough load-in time.
